On the middle floor there are 3 bedrooms with equipped bathrooms and wardrobes, there is also a special room where laundry is planned and a spacious terrace of 72 m2 on which there will be a jacuzzi. Both floors have their own main entrance, if privacy is required, but are also connected by stairs inside the villa.
