On the property are two main detached houses, one of them was used as a restaurant ( ca 104 m2 ) with a covered terrace.
Inside there is kitchen and open room for guests, two toilets, and another two toilets are outside in the court yard.
Opposite the restaurant is the house for guests of cca 100 m2. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living space, WC, shower, one sleeping room. On the upper floor there is open room with single bed, outside shower.
Only a few meters away is a barn of cca 148 m2 where originally horses were kept, that could now also be used now for living, if redesigned.
There is also a vineyard on the plot, as well as 20,000 immortelle seedlings, and a lot of lavanda plants.
