We are pleased to offer this detached stone house with a large courtyard in the center of Split, 5 min walking from Riva and the Palace. The house was built in 1830, and 10 years ago completely new electrical and water installations were placed. It was redecorated then, but could do with a more modern makeover now, but despite that, is completely habitable.
Land plot area is 243 m2, and there is enough space outside to build a large swimming pool and patio. Total living area is 90 m2 + 3 garden sheds for storage (in total 60 m2). Ground floor has a living room and dining room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom.

On the 1st floor there is a hall, one bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. 1st floor has a separate entrance but it is also connected with the other floors by interior stairs. On the 2nd floor (attic) there are two bedrooms.
The house has great potential for a private owner, or for tourists, especially if a pool were installed. Although it is located in the center of the town, it has a good size courtyard/garden and has guaranteed privacy. All necessary facilities such as shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and the nearest parking lot, is 30 meters from the house.
