The original thick wall of Diocletian's Palace separates the southwestern part of the apartment from the northern one, where the bedrooms are located.
The apartment was very luxuriously renovated in 2018 and is equipped with the most modern furniture. All rooms are air conditioned and underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment.
It has a lot of light, with 11 windows, with top insulation with triple glass, larch shutters with anti-burglary doors.
The bathroom has a jacuzzi, and the whole apartment has a built-in water filtration and UV system, then Luton light control of LED lighting and CCTV.
In the common Gothic-Renaissance courtyard there is a storage room of 12.5 m2 that belongs to the apartment.
