Three bedroom apartments (122-149m2) consist of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room and living room, and a balcony overlooking the sea.
On the third floor and in the attic, these three-bedroom apartments are duplex, unlike other three-bedroom apartments, additionally have a large wardrobe, laundry, additional toilet and a large terrace with open sea views.
The building is completely built of concrete, will have an elevator, first-class ceramics and flooring in the bedrooms, a stone staircase.
