Renovated stone house, originally more than 700 years old, located in the very center of Zadar. House is currently in use as a small boutique hotel. It consists of a ground floor and three upper floors.
On the ground floor there is a reception and laundry room, while the apartments are spread over three floors. Due to its location, the apartments offer views of most of the sights of the center of Zadar. In 2009 the house was completely renovated and this is where the now established rental business started.
