The rest is managed as agricultural land (suitable for growing different crops).Agricultural land is near the building plot, overlooking the sea.
The house has a living area of 121 m2. The property is situated in an attractive location on the island of Vis, more precisely on the northeast side, and offers an open view of a quiet bay and the Adriatic Sea. Only 70 m from the sea, with direct access to the beach, and 3-4 minutes by car from the center - the house consists of ground floor, first floor and loft space.

On the ground floor are two rooms, which currently serve mostly as storages. On the first floor is a studio apartment with a balcony. In the loft there is a room of 48 m2.
The house also has an outdoor uncovered parking lot, which has space for several vehicles, and an asphalt road leads to the house. The property has not been built or completed in its entirety, thus allowing the new owner to complete it to the end at his discretion.
