It will be sold without furniture but ready to move in. The building is still under construction and planned completion would be probably late 2026, beginning of 2027. One parking space will be included in the overall price.
Although, it is located a bit further from the sea, it will have excellent sea views from the balcony. Also, this area is expanding rapidly, and more properties are expected to be built. Seget center area is not far away while the airport is 10 km away from the building.
