The rooms are on the ground floor and on the first floor of a smaller commercial-residential building.
The facility also has a large reception, kitchen and breakfast area, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry, garage for 4 parking spaces and 7 outdoor parking spaces.
The hotel was renovated in 2019, is well established in tourism and as such is an excellent investment. It is sold furnished so that additional investments are not required.
It is only 300 m from the sea, and 3 km from the city center.
