Large agricultural plot, with the total size of 4671 m2, which is divided between five plots next to each other. But the most interesting part is the 764 m2 of building plot, as the last building plot in the area. The owner has a project for the house made and will include it in the sale process, if the buyer shows interest to use it.
On top of everything, the land is top grade quality, which is beneficial for potential agricultural business. Currently, there is no road access to the plot, but it is in process of obtaining the permission to build it straight to the plot and the current owner will take care of the cost of construction. The location of the plot is very peaceful; it is south oriented, so it has a lot of sunlight, not a lot of houses in the area, which provides a lot of peace and privacy.

The whole area is known for its vineyards and other agricultural fields. In addition, there is a historic landmark in the vicinity. The city of Vis is 15 min away and the closest beaches are just 10 min away.
This is a great property for those who prefer peace and quiet, as no other construction is permitted, and at the same time, would be able to grow their own olive trees or have a vineyard. The attachments on the right side include an overview of the land for sale and their location.
