It consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor, and the area of each floor is: basement 73.76 m2, ground floor 81.99 m2 and first floor 91.23 m2, which makes a total of 246.98 m2 of living space.
It has a south orientation so has lots of natural light throughout the day. It was built in 1985, and the first floor was added in 1995. The second floor is in an unfinished state.

The front of the house has views to the sea from the balcony and terrace and the back of the house and bedrooms have wonderful views of the valley and fields.
