An old-fashioned Dalmatian style house, located in a picturesque village of Vinišće. Constructed in the late 1960s, this house consists of 3 levels; a ground floor, 1st floor and an attic floor. Starting from the ground floor, we have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and walk-in closet, sort of a master bedroom on the whole floor.
There is an exit to the outdoor patio directly from the bedroom. Additionally, there is one guest toilet on this floor and a hallway with the staircase, leading to the upper floors. The 1st floor consists of an open space kitchen and living room area.

The space is quite big, with 43 m2 in total. The kitchen is fully furnished and custom made. There are a lot of openings to the spacious terrace, making the room more visible and filled with natural light.
The balcony outside is very spacious, 44 m2, fully covered from one side to another. It offers nice sea views and provides shade throughout the whole day and since its south oriented, there is no direct sunlight, and it is enjoyable to be outside. Just next to the entrance, there is a BBQ area, which allows you to have meals prepared outside.
Last but not least is the attic floor, which consists of a bedroom and bathroom and has its own balcony, with an even better view of the sea and bay. The total gross size of this house is 171 m2, situated on a 367 m2 land plot. This house would require additional investment and could be a nice family or summer home.
In front of the house is a parking area for 2 cars and the entrance is closed with a steel gate for additional protection. Vinišće itself is a quiet area, still not overcrowded and a good vacation location for people looking for peace and quiet. The small center and beaches are 530 m away, and it is possible to go on foot.
