Mediterranean plants are planted in the garden around the house and pool: tangerines, lemons, oranges, a few olives, lavender, rosemary. Right next to the pool is the pool engine room with a small wine cellar. Behind the house is a BBQ and a yard, which is great for entertaining.
The house has a basement with storage, a pantry, a laundry room, and a tavern for entertaining. On the ground floor there is a private apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a large living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, bathroom and two bedrooms, exit to the terrace. There are two apartments on the first floor, one with one bedroom and one with two bedrooms.
House is located in a quiet location and offers privacy. Swimming pool is heated by solar panels, a 320 liter boiler is located under the stairs. This house comes with a license to rent the upper floor.
