A beautiful stone house in the old town with a sea view. The house has a residential area of 211 m2 and consists of 4 apartments. The house has two separate entrances.
On the ground floor there is an apartment of about 50 m2 and consists of a kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom. The entrance to the second apartment is located to the right of the main entrance, and the wooden stairs are leading up to it. The apartment is 40 m2 and consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a balcony of about 7 m2.

The apartment is beautifully decorated in a combination of stone and wood. The third apartment has 50 m2, and consists of a bedroom with a sea view, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and another bedroom with a large glass wall that provides the light and allows you to go out on the terrace. To the right of the main entrance there is a studio apartment of 18 m2.
The studio also has access to a large terrace of 50 m2 and a wonderful sea view. The house has vehicle access but is located in the pedestrian zone. Parking is located 20 m from the house.
All pipes and instalations were replaced, and new insulation on the house was set two years ago. Distance from the sea: 150 m Distance from the center: 150 m Distance from the airport: 32 km Distance from the ferry port: 13 km
