About the listing

As listed: “4-bedroom House in Brac”

From the agency's description

Stone property from 1890. The property is located in a protected "Eco-Ethno" village on Brač, situated in a cove with open views of the Adriatic and the mountains of the Dalmatian hinterland. Conservation protection prevents new construction, a renewable stone property on one plot is an increasingly rare occurrence.

The property consists of two buildings that can be arranged as three independent residential units. Main house: Three-storey stone house with four bedrooms and a terrace on the top with an unobstructed view of the valley and the sea. On the ground floor there is a separate tavern of 40 m2 with its own entrance, original wooden door and water connection, suitable for conversion into an independent unit.

Read the full description

Stone barn ruin: A detached stone building of 84 m2. A complete ruin, but the floor plan and walls are intact. Conservation permit allows for reconstruction on two floors as independent residential units.

The price corresponds to the current condition of all buildings. Environment: Terraced gardens with olive, fig and mature mulberry trees. Both terraces offer sea views.

The marina is only a 5-minute drive away. Bol and Zlatni rat are reachable in 30 to 45 minutes. Škrip and Vidova gora are in the immediate vicinity. Three independent units, sea view, protected cultural and historical settlement, a rare combination on Brač at this price.

In the location where the property is located, there is no room for new construction that could compete with the existing stone buildings.
