It is our pleasure to present this hotel, located just 150 meters from the sea. The hotel is located on a land plot of 714 m2. It consists of basement, ground floor and three upper floors.On the right side of the ground floor there is a reception, a storage room and two toilets, and two rooms with a toilet.On the left, you enter the restaurant, which also has a large terrace.
The stairs go down to the basement where there are excavations for a pool of 30 m2, laundry room and big refrigerators. On the first and second floors there are 7 rooms on each floor, which in total amounts to 14 rooms and 38 beds. On the top floor there is a large penthouse apartment with a beautiful sea view.
