Upon entering the villa, on the right side, we are greeted by a spacious open space, which includes a dining and living room.

Moving forward, on the left side is a nicely furnished kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Right next to the kitchen is a guest toilet. In front of the villa on the east side, is a lovely outdoor area, with a covered terrace and a sitting area.
On the right side is a nice swimming pool, which is heated. The surrounding area is covered with a plants and a garden, which includes an automatic irrigation. The bottom floor consists of a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom.
Because it is north oriented, terrace provides a shaded area throughout the day. Additionally on this floor, there is one more room, that can be used as an office or maybe a cinema room and an engine room for the swimming pool. On the same floor is a garage for 2 cars, which is accessible directly from the villa.
The top floor consists of 3 en-suite bedroom. Each room also has a wardrobe and its own balcony, with open sea views. All balconies are covered and provide a lot of shade.
The villa has an alarm system and cameras on all sides. Location is very nice, peaceful, and quiet, close to the lovely pebble beach. Great investment for a family or even as rental property.
