Beautiful nature, gardens with almond trees, fields of fragrant lavender and numerous cultivated olive groves give this place a special charm.

The house is more than 100 years old and is located in the very center of the town. It has great potential since it has a large garage, storage room, attic, terrace and land.
It consists of a garage and a tavern on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor (kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms) + a large attic. The attic and roof were recently completely renovated.
From the garage you enter the house directly by stairs, otherwise the house has 3 entrances.
It has a large stone balcony with a view of the local square, and at the back of the house is a large terrace under which there is a water tank.
Next to the house is a room that serves as a storage room, it used to be a barn. Behind the house there is a garden.
The houses are in a row, in the same courtyard and have a common entrance. The entire building has oil-fired central heating.
