A spacious yard with a small apartment on the side of the house, a summer kitchen on the ground floor, a fireplace for socializing and enjoying, and a swimming pool with an outdoor shower. A small apartment of 32 m2 has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom.
In the middle of the garden there is an olive grove with 20 native and cultivated olives. A space for a barbecue grill of 38 m2, modernly decorated, has a kitchen, a grill and a bathroom with a shower. Behind the chimney is a storage room for wood.
In front of the summer kitchen is a stone table with a covered awning. The house was built with the highest quality materials, no expense was spared in any respect, and it has excellent insulation.
