But the owner is selling the house with a new buildings permit and a project for the renovation of the existing house into a new, modern house. At the current stage, this house consists of a basement, ground floor and 1st floor, while the new permit has been approved for an additional floor with a flat roof. Currently, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, with each unit having a kitchen and living room area as well.

Also, there are 2 garages in the basement area, one for each unit. With the new buildings permit, it would be possible to build a house with one unit that can have 4 floors in total, with a maximum height of 10,45 m, and a flat roof. Additionally, it would be possible to build a swimming pool as well.
This house is located in a nice area, not far from the sea and it is a dead-end street, so no traffic is going on in front of the house. In its current stage, this house has merely a partial sea view from the top balcony but with the reconstruction, there would be one additional floor, which would open the possibility of a nice sea view. Ownership of the house is in order, and the current buildings permit is valid until November 2026, and can be extended for an additional 3 year period if construction would not start until then.
