On the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom, on the second floor there is a large room, and on the third floor there is a room that has access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands.
There is an outdoor shower on the terrace. It has been renovated in a rustic style with many handmade details. Fireplace with the possibility of grilling and baking, heating throughout all floors.

Daikin air conditioning is in the attic. There is also the possibility of purchasing a small house. The smaller house, which consists of two floors of 10m2 each, also has electricity.
It is currently used as a workshop and warehouse and has a yard with a well of about 25m2. It is possible to equip it according to your own wishes. The purchase price for both houses is 250,000e.
