On the same floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room and a guest toilet.

The living room opens onto the outdoor terrace and the garden that surrounds the house, as well as the 7.5x3 m swimming pool with built-in counter-current swimming and a sun deck. On the first floor there are 3 beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom and dressing room. Stairs from the first floor lead to a roof terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
The whole house is air conditioned and the entire residential area has underfloor heating, all blinds have electric windows and ceramics are Italian.
