An old stone ruined house on the south side of the island of Vis. The house has 47 m2 and is located on a plot of 658 m2 which is building land (M1 zone). The terrain is slightly sloping, suitable for building.
The house has an unobstructed view of the sea. It is located 200 m from the sea and a 10-minute easy walk to the most famous beach, Srebrna. The house has a certificate that it was recorded on an aerial photograph from 1952 and as such can be renovated.
