A nice land plot located on the western part of Ciovo island. It is situated in the 2nd row from the sea and has direct access to the plot and sea. Size of the plot is 662 m2.
Water and electricity connections are located right next to the plot because of the houses already built in that area. The plot in front belongs to the same owners and they will build a house on it, but because of the terrain configuration, it will still have open sea views in the future. Plans of the house in the 1st row can be sent to interesting parties.
