The property consists of two smaller houses that have a total of approximately 100 m2 of living space. The land plot area is 3200m2. In the first house there is a kitchen with a walled fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom in the gallery.
There is also a covered terrace of about 12 m2, from where it is possible to come out to the pool and the garden.
In the garden there are citrus, palm and olive trees, as well as a wall shower. Below the terrace of the first house there is a fitness room.Right next to it there is another room for a washer and dryer, a large icebox and two refrigerators. Next to the first house there is the second one where there are two bedrooms connected by a large bathroom (between the rooms).
Both rooms have access to a terrace with pool through large glass walls. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and an LCD TV.
Behind the pool there are two saunas and a spa massage room.
The property offers a beautiful open sea view.
