On the ground floor and 1st floor are two apartments on each side. They are identical in layout, consisting of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and access to the terrace with open sea views, even from the ground floor. The reason for this is the position of the terrain on which the house is located, but also the fact that everything in the area was built already, so the view remains open in the future.
On the top floor is the largest apartment, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and a large, covered balcony of 20 m2. It offers the best view of the surrounding area and sea.
In front of the house is a large yard with plenty of parking space. There is a possibility of building a swimming pool in the future if the new owner would be interested.
This area is very quiet, and the house is the last one in the street, so there is no noise from the road and traffic.
The beach is only 2 minutes away, and the center with all amenities can be reached even from the seaside in 15 minutes.
An ideal investment for someone who wants to remain or start business, the proximity of the sea and facilities is an additional plus, and the peace provided by this location is also not negligible.
