We are offering this restored house in Kastela, with partial sea views. It is situated 50m from the sea and the Riva promenade while all facilities such as shops, bars, restaurants are all nearby. The house consists of ground floor, first, second and third floor.
The ground floor and first floor have one entrance, while the second and third floor has a separate entrance. The house was renovated completely in 2005, and the ground floor is being redecorated by the current owners. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The first floor has two bedrooms.On the second floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and small storage room. Second floor is overlooking the sea. The third floor consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and small balcony.
There are stairs leading to the covered terrace on the top floor. Total living area is 144 m2, and the plot area is 36 m2. The house is oriented South- West- East.
The ground floor apartment has a letting licence and the new owner may continue to use the two lower floors for tourism. There is parking on the public road in front of the house. The international airport is 10 minutes drive away, and Split is 20 minutes, with frequent buses.
