With tiled marble stairs we descend to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, and one room that is being used as both a working and sleeping room.
There are also two storage spaces on the ground floor. From the living room, marble stairs with tiled floors lead to a large bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is also a mini kitchen on the balcony.
On the plot there is also a house of 30 m2 which consists of kitchen, bathroom and living room, which means that it is in fact a studio apartment.
