Both bedrooms and the living room have A/C units, floor heating is installed in the living room area and bathroom and toilet, plus there are radiator on the wall for extra heat source. However, this apartment also has one main feature and that is a private roof deck. Usually, owners on the top floor share 2 sides of the roof terrace, but here owners have a roof deck just for themselves, and it offers even better views.
Ranging at 56,87 m2, basically the same size as the apartment, this roof terrace has an outdoor shower and sink, a lounge area and a jacuzzi. Both water and electricity are connected on the roof so there is a possibility to have an outdoor kitchen in the future. For additional security, there is a camera above the entrance to the apartment and both the apartment and the roof terrace have a passcode to enter, along with the keys.
On the ground floor is a shared swimming pool area for all tenants of the building, also with a sundeck and an outdoor shower. Also, this apartment has 2 outdoor parking spaces, which is rare on the market. Location is very nice, just 200 m from the sea and not far from the main center of Okrug with all amenities.
