Both the bedrooms and living room area have A/C and additionally, there is floor heating connected through the apartment. The roof terrace is private, only for the usage of the owners of the apartment and has a total of 72 m2. It has a covered area with an outdoor kitchen and a jacuzzi for added enjoyment.
The views from here are even better and more open. This apartment is sold fully furnished, it is in great condition and is ready to move in immediately. One parking space, which is covered, is provided.
On the ground floor, there is a common pool area. Since the apartment is only 150 m away from the sea, there is no need to look for another area for a swim. The small center of Okrug is just a few minutes away by car.
This area is peaceful and very attractive, has sunlight throughout the whole day and is not crowded, which provides more rest and relaxation. Can be a nice vacation home or an investment property as well. The view is unobstructed and will stay like that.
