The ground floor consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, stay, bathroom, and large covered terrace. Upstairs there are 2 rooms, kitchen, stay, bathroom and pantry.
The terraces on both floors are spacious and have a fantastic view of the sea, the bay, the beach and the nearby island. There is also a summer outdoor kitchen, and another kitchen, a total of 4 cooking places with two kitchens in the house.
On the lower floor of the cascading terrain there is a covered terrace of 15 m2 with a spectacular sea view. Next to the terrace is a room with barbecue grill, an ideal place to socialize. The house has as many as two density, each 10,000 l.
Because there is no infrastructure, the electricity is provided by solar and aggregate as needed, though they plan to connect electricity and water in the near future.
There are two overflowing septic pits of 25 m3. The house has TV and satellite, there is no internet, only through cell phones.
There are two small facilities on the side of the house, one of which serves as a kitchen and the other as a barbecue grill and a summer kitchen.
The house has several storages.
The garden and courtyard are cascading and has 12 olives and vines planted.
