The plot itself is quite large, close to 700 sqm and the house itself is around 260 sqm of living area, with the additional 100 sqm of terraces and balconies. In front of the house is a nice garden, currently used as a vegetable garden, but is big enough to place a swimming pool in the future.
This house consists of 3 levels, with 7 units in total. It has been mostly used as a rental property, specifically the top and middle floor, while the bottom floor is used by the owners as their living area.
Starting from the bottom floor, we have a smaller apartment of 50 sqm, with one bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchen and dinning room area are in one room. in front is a covered terrace of around 30 sqm and even has a partial view towards the sea. In front of the terrace is a cascade garden, with a few vegetables and fruit trees planted. Next to a garden on the right is one of the garages, big enough to fit a car.
Second garage is right next to the first one.
On the 1st floor, we have 3 one-bedroom apartments, 2 on the north side and one on the south side. All three are similar in size and layout, with each having 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom, small kitchen and living room area. Apartments on the north side have a shared and covered balcony with a sea view.
Top floor is basically the same as the 1st floor, only difference is the view to the sea from the balcony.
Entering the plot, we have a large parking, for up to 5 - 6 cars. Its also gated, so allows safety and privacy. Next to parking on the left, is a storage unit, which used to be a garage.
It has 21 sqm, enough space for extra room or even a small gym.
Top floor is basically the same as the 1st floor, only difference is the view to the sea from the balcony.
In total, there are 7 units which can be used for rental purposes and provide good income on a yearly basis, even in its current condition. There is a lot of space on the plot to place extra amenities and raise the value of this property. This house is older but in good condition and can be used immediately.
Walking distance to the sea is maybe 5-6 min, while Trogir old town is a 2 min car ride away.
