Villa will be sold completely finished, with the buyers having a saying in some of the finishings, such as tiles and façade. Furniture will not be included, giving the new owners an opportunity to furnish it on their own. The location is nice, close to the sea, can be a good rental property but also a lovely family home or second house.
Small center with all amenities is 5 min away, while the airport is only 20 min by car.
