Beautiful detached apartment-type house, in an excellent location, on the south side of the island of Vis. Distance from the sea and a very nice small beach is only 35 m. Distance from the town of Vis is about 9 km.
The house is located on a plot of 255 m2, and the total area of the house is 74 m2 and is partially lined with decorative stone. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment, with a beautiful sea view, terraces, summer kitchen, barbecue and storage.

On the first floor there are also two one-bedroom apartments. The owners rent a total of three apartments during the tourist season, two on the ground floor and one on the south-facing floor. The fourth apartment, which is western oriented, is used by the owners only for private purposes.
All apartments are nicely decorated and fully furnished, and there is no need for additional investment. The house is ready to move in immediately, and has all the necessary infrastructure, as well as 3 secured parking spaces just behind the house.
