From the agency's description
An old ruined, secluded stone house, built back in 1900, requires a complete renovation. It is located on the south side of the island of Vis, near one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. The area of the house is 76 m2, and the area of the garden is 2.182 m2.
There is a water tank on the plot, and the electricity can only be supplied with solar panels. The soil is a combination of sand, and this type is ideal for planting olives and vineyards, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. It is surrounded by pine, rosemary, lavender and other Mediterranean herbs.

Ideal for rest in nature and enjoying the benefits of the island. Partial access is possible by car. From the asphalt part of the road, a macadam road of about 250 m leads to the plot, and it is not possible to access that part by car.
