From the agency's description
A semi-detached house on the southern side of Vis island. It’s a small house located not far from the sea and there are a few beautiful beaches in the area, Currently, this house requires complete renovation from inside-out, but with the proper work, it can become a nice and cozy vacation house. Some work has started, but the new owner would have to finish most of it.
It also has a small yard in front of the entrance. Water and electricity have been connected to the house and there is a septic tank on the back side. This is a renovation project, since the house cannot be used in its current state, but it can be a nice property once the renovations are done.
