For sale is an exclusive two-story house with a yard of 3,000 m², a built-up area of 100 m², and a plot of 50 m² in the village of Zornitsa, Sredets Municipality, Burgas Region. It consists of a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette on the ground floor. An exterior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a veranda, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms.
In the yard, there is also a summer kitchen with a storage room for tools and a washing machine. Individual electricity and water meters are present. The house was fully renovated in 2022 and has an autonomous water source - a well with a hydrophore.

Water supply is additionally provided by the "Burgas Water Supply and Sewerage" company; a water meter is installed, and the house has a cadastral number registered with the water utility company. Fixture and fittings: The property is being sold furnished and with electrical appliances, excluding the owners' personal belongings. Below the plaster on the ground floor, a sealing layer has been applied up to a height of 150 cm, as the floor of the ground floor is below ground level.
When installing OSB boards in the bedroom, glass wool insulation was added. Glass wool was also installed on the entire ceiling of the upper floor in the attic. Each room is equipped with radiators, a fireplace with water heating, a pump with thermostat, and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system.
The boiler is a spiral boiler. In the courtyard, there are 40 fruit trees: cherries, apples, plums, pears, quinces, almonds, sweet cherries, figs, and apricots, as well as strawberries. Additionally, there is a 3-meter-wide pool on a frame (not an inflatable pool).
The entire outdoor area is equipped with integrated lighting, as is the house itself. There is also video surveillance around the house and the summer kitchen.
Location: Distance to the nearest beach: 55.45 km (Krajmorie Region, Burgas). Zornitsa is a small and cozy village, about 50 kilometers west-southwest of the center of the provincial capital Burgas, in the Sredets municipality. The village is located away from the urban hustle and bustle and offers an ideal opportunity for those who want to enjoy peace and the beauty of nature.
