The airport is under 30 km, and the main centre for historic and cultural activities is Trogir, which is about 15 minutes by car.
The property consists of a plot of 858 m2, which is enough for this substantial building of 4 floors plus a swimming pool and adequate private parking spaces.
The living area inside the building is 389 m2.
The house consists of ground floor, first, second and third floor.
Ground floor is 60 m2, consisting of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
