The complex consists of over 200 apartments of various sizes. We offer fully furnished apartments for rent: Studio (approx. 45 m²) — 200 euros, with sea view — 250 euros 2-bedroom apartments (approx.
65 m²) — 250 euros, with sea view — 300 euros 3-bedroom apartments (approx. 85 m²) — 400 euros Prices are monthly with a minimum rental period of 12 months with a valid Bulgarian rental agreement! Shorter terms are possible with a slight surcharge on the monthly rent.
A deposit of 2 months' rent and a 0.5% agency fee are required one-time. There is also a rent-to-buy option with a larger down payment and installment plans ranging from 1 to 10 years. For more information, please contact us by phone or email!
You can also bring your own furniture! Items not needed can be stored by us! Electricity and water are registered in the name of each tenant and are private supplies.
These costs are billed separately from the rent on a monthly basis. Online viewings are possible at any time! Since several German families already live in the complex year-round, this offer is also ideal for emigrants who have not yet found their exact destination.
You can spend 6 months here and find your dream home or apartment! We can assist with administrative processes such as registering in Bulgaria, registering a car, insurance, etc. Of course, the apartments can also be used as vacation rentals for short stays!
