The exterior stone stairs are lead us to the floor, which has two apartments. One apartment consists of kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom and hallway.
In front of the apartment there is a spacious terrace that offers a partial view of the sea, which extends throughout the house.
In the extension of the terrace there is another one bedroom apartment.
The house needs renovation, and it has big potential due to the big parcel it is located on.
The house has all the necessary infrastructure, vehicle access, and enough parking space for 3 cars.
