On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms. A bathroom with shower is located on the mezzanine. The separate apartment has its own entrance and terrace and consists of a living room with dining room and kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.
Thanks to its separation from the main house, it provides additional privacy and the possibility of separate use or tourist rental. In front of the house there is a private parking space suitable for a smaller car. Due to the narrow access street, it is recommended to use the free public parking lots along the coast, approximately 50 to 150 meters from the property.
