Each floor is similar in layout, with the only difference is that the ground floor has been completely renovated while the other two floors are still in their original form.
Each floor has a great open sea view of the sea, whit the ground floor having a big terrace, which can be covered and has enough room to place an outdoor kitchen. All 3 floors are connected indoors, and each bedroom has a bathroom and a balcony included. In front of the house is a swimming pool, which is currently covered.
