The main house has 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining and living room area. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. It is a cozy house, not too big, not too small, but has everything that is needed.

In front of the house is a nice, covered terrace, great for entertaining. There is an authentic dalmatian fireplace, and a sturdy wooden table for 6 people to sit and enjoy. Next to the heated pool and a jacuzzi is the auxiliary house, with a few amenities such as a pool table, table tennis, a massive bar made of stone and wood, and a spacious seating area.
The best thing about this area is that it can be fully open from all sides or fully closed. On the back and side are electric shutters that open up a great view of the sea and in the front is a glass wall, that can also be fully open or closed, depending on the occasion and weather. And for the cherry on the top, a spacious backyard with a couple of fruit trees and a nice playground area for the old and young.
This property has been maintained extraordinarily since the day it was built in 2016. It has been used as a 4-star rental facility and has been providing great income on a yearly basis. Although it is a modern property, the owners have managed to maintain its Dalmatian authenticity, because both houses have been covered with stone from the local quarry.
And it is one of the rare properties this close to the sea, but with a spacious plot. Also, it has both views of the sea and the mountain. For extra security, the whole estate has been covered with high walls and additionally covered with shrubs.
It is located in a peaceful area with a limited number of other properties close to it, providing more privacy. Just a couple of minutes from the center of Seget, a lot of nice beaches also in the vicinity, while Trogir old town is approximately 5 min away by car.
