Stone house in a fantastic location, only 30 m from the sea, in a quiet place where time seems to stand still. House on 3 floors: on the ground floor is a one-room apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, separate shower, and toilet. Nice sheltered, covered terrace with sea view.
On the first floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. Stove, i.e. fireplace for wood heating. Beautiful large terrace, covered, with an awning of 29,4 m2 with a spectacular view.
On the second floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom, a balcony at the front with a view of the sea, and a terrace at the back where there is an outdoor fireplace/grill, an outdoor sink and deckchairs, an ideal space for socializing.
There is also a storage room with a dryer, washing machine, tools, etc. Outdoor shower.
The garden is cultivated with Dalmatian plants, such as pomegranate, lemon, palms, oleander, etc. In front of the house is a piece of land where it is possible to make a smaller pool of approx. 20 m2.
