Charming, renovated, old stone house in the center of one of the Kaštela. The house is located some 50 meters from the sea, near cafes, restaurants and shops. The house was renovated several years ago and has a total of 150 m2 of living space.
The house has a ground floor and two floors, and on the top floor there is a large open terrace. The ground floor has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor is another bedroom, bathroom and a large uncovered terrace of 17 m2.
