A terraced house in the center of a small town just 100 m from the sea. The house has two floors and attic. At the northern entrance on the ground floor there is an apartment as a separate unit.
It consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining room. On the eastern side of the ground floor there is another separate unit that has a kitchen, pantry and bathroom in use at the moment, but can be converted into an apartment. External stairs lead to the apartment on the first floor, which consists of a spacious hallway, three large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment has large openings and lots of light. Partial renovation is required. In front of the house there is a courtyard with a seating area.
There is also a barbecue and an outdoor well. The courtyard is shared with neighboring houses. The house does not have a parking space, but it is possible to park on a public area nearby.
Only 100 m from the house is the Riva and the town promenade, and restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within walking distance.
