The fully insulated attic includes a bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a loggia with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in front of Split, the entire bay all the way to Čiovo and Trogir, as well as the islands of Brač, Vis and Hvar. The house also has a garage. The property is equipped with several infrared heaters, a wood-burning stove and two air conditioners, which allows for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
