The exterior of this modern property offers a wonderful space for relaxation, a terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, a sun deck and a large infinity pool of 32 m2. The location of the house itself is in a dead end street on a hill above Omiš, where there are only about 10 villas, which, scattered on the hill, form a whole that is completely opposite to the densely populated areas by the sea. Beaches, the city and all the necessary amenities are a 5-6 minute drive away, and the connection to the highway is only about 15 minutes away.
Construction of the facility began in April 2024 and completion is scheduled for the last quarter of 2025. By purchasing at an early stage, you ensure the possibility of participating in the decoration of the building and choosing materials and colors, and until the end of 2024 a discount on the purchase in the amount of EUR 40,000.
