The village of Kosharitsa is located in a picturesque area at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain, a few kilometers from Sunny Beach. This is the closest village to the beach, where there is everything necessary for a comfortable permanent residence - the roads are asphalted, there is central sewage and water supply.

There is a year-round bus connection between the village and the neighboring resorts. Due to its location, Kosharitsa is becoming a popular tourist destination, especially for those who prefer peace, comfort and distance from the resort bustle. In addition to shops, the village has a church and a school.

Several holiday villages and private villas are located along the coast in the direction of Sunny Beach. Distance to Burgas-40 km, to Varna-90 km.
