On the first floor, which is reached by an external stone staircase, there is a central, large apartment consisting of three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with exit to the terrace.
The terrace is 27 m2 in size and offers panoramic sea views.
In the attic there are two one-bedroom apartments which are also reached by an external stone staircase. One is fully furnished, while the other is unfinished. Each of the apartments has access to its own balcony overlooking the sea.
The yard is paved, has two barbecue grills and a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and fruits.
The house is fully equipped and furnished. All apartments are air conditioned, there is a chimney, for the possibility if you want to put a heating stove.
The house is being sold furnished.
There is enough space for parking several cars.
